Nicely appointed hotel with a panoramic view of the mountain and town. Genuinely helpful, attentive staff. Inclusive breakfast. Comfortable beds and central heating. Individual safe and a flat-screen TV in the room. Central location, a characterful base for discovering Innsbruck. Found in a very nice part of town. Excellent service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

This place has a cool pool 🏊♂️ and modern rooms with stylish decoration. The staff is friendly and you can easily find public parking nearby. Plus, the wifi connection here is excellent!

Great location, close to old town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi are fantastic. Clean and spacious rooms with renovated bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Excellent location near Old Town, shops, and restaurants. Close to Nordkette Bahn and Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. Enjoyed rooftop pool and spa facilities. Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. Despite being in the city center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and located in a safe and central neighborhood. We felt right at home in the comfortable and spacious room, which had great amenities and a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the center of the city with its main attractions and great restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. In addition, the parking was very convenient, and it only took me 2 minutes to walk to the famous Golden Roof in the charming Old Town of this city. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered was delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of the hotel providing a Japanese breakfast buffet for a Japanese group staying at the Grauer Bar. It showed their dedication to catering to individual guests' needs. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the main city sights and shopping areas. The rooms were modern and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The assistance provided by Caroline Plank in resolving some issues during our stay was highly appreciated.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, it was a spacious and comfortable quad room. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Old City and the cableway to go up the mountain. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
